I think DAOs need to start incorporating effective org design frameworks like decision types, team charters, etc that allows collaborative the ability to coordinate together with shared ownership. When I was 10, I had a gum and candy business that I would sell under my desk during breaks. My mom gave me an allowance of $10 a week and I would save the money up every month to go to Sam's Club with her. Buy all the whole sale candy and gum/candy and sell for $1 each.
I used to have the inner monologue in my mind. Have you read 'The Untethered Soul'? It was a realization that the voice in my head and myself could be two different voices. I still hear those voices but am able to tune them out and choose when to listen to them.
