Embrace making soups!
Throw that stuff in to a beef stew!
Freeze it (in an ice cube tray) and use it to enrich all sorts of things: gravy, soup, pasta sauce, curry, braising other things, etc.
Make it into a gravy and add it to everything that has carbs 🥔
