It's actually surprisingly easy to make simple hot chocolate: 1. Boil a cup of almond or coconut milk 2. Add 10-15g of dark chocolate 3. Drink I quite like it!

i've seen you noting that chocolate is one of your to-go things to eat how do you manage the sugar intake with it? do you have to/want to manage the sugar intake? or maybe it is such a small dose of sugar that you don't mind? simply curios, for some reason this trait looks unique

Trying a new chocolate this week. Surprisingly good, the bitter/savory of the mushroom cuts the sweet taste pretty nicely

is the almond/coconut choice a health choice or a taste choice or both? I find oat milk much more tasty

Self proclaimed hot chocolate expert here 10-15 grams is an illegal quantity If the hot chocolate is not so incredibly thick that you fear it will become some kind of pudding as soon as it cools down can you truly label it hot chocolate? 😅

You want to add a little cinnamon & a small pinch of chili powder for the heat.

You can also do it with 100% cocoa powder (Callebaud for eg). Same benefits as dark choc.

A simple hot chocolate recipe can make a difference in the winter months. I would also suggest cinnamon if you like a little kick and a frother to create a creamy texture.

Look into how much water is used to make the almonds to make the milk and what it is doing to others who actually need the water
