Very interested in your idea about building a compliant wrapper for ICOs. I looked into using Reg CF as a framework for getting this jumpstarted but there are so many KYC hoops to jump through I got a bit overwhelmed. Stablecoins seem like the natural way forward, my theory is that the current experience is still worse than fiat and do see adoption it needs to be better than fiat. Please please make a Coinbase Prime light version dedicated to businesses. With Circle restricting account creation, it is now literally impossible for a business to offramp USDC without paying 25 to 50bps. Incredible opportunity for Coinbase IMHO 🔥
