1. 14 years together and counting towards forever, 5 countries, handful of jazz bars and too many miles to count. 2. love using this from manhattan toys while thinking of shapes and space.
Tough to pick, but either my Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical Watch or my Mode Sonnet Mechanical Keyboard
Not sure if one best but a few products I love using on a daily basis: Shun chefs knife, my mechanical keyboard, my guitars, cast iron and copper cookware. Common thread between all is weight and materials in all feel solid and well built and also age gracefully
Besides apple products, I think Atoms Series 000 or maybe kindle paperwhite
This is an awesome question. Just thinking about it has been rewarding. There are so many physical objects I take for granted.
I keep trying to think of electronic things but my mind keeps coming back to furniture.

I absolutely love my iKamper rooftop tent. It delights every person I've shown it to. Even prior who don't typically enjoy camping.

Engraved titanium pen type-b from CW&T. It doesn’t roll. It’s precession machined. It’s lovely. Engraving says “First, principles.”
OXO makes really well thought out tools, and I love pretty much all my outlier clothing
Been building Gunpla for several months now. I’m always amazed by Bandai’s injection molding prowess and how they can get a 3d model broken down into those plastic kits. https://youtu.be/yVHI7nKMqlE?si=yeKRA4-6kQHcyZBF

Teenage engineering. Anything from them is just perfect. Stance socks. Fujifilm.
• Quick Mill 0820 coffee machine Bought it second-hand years ago and it was already 15+ years old by then. It has one job and does it well. • A Leatherman-like utility knife. I got it from my girlfriend's father. I don't even know the brand but it's really solid.
Might actually be my Galaxy Buds Pro. But then I'm a sucker for things that come in purple.
The Travertine tiles we had installed front of our house (not the one pictured) on what was previously just a drab concrete slab. I still get pleasure studying all the natural variations in colour and size and the overall patina this creates.
I’ve always been totally enamoured with the dash of my e46 bmw (pre the first tv screen) with its orange dot fonts. It’s also the last pre tracking tech :) . I can’t sell it - it’s in storage.
In terms of tech vs. utility ratio, pouches for splitting and packing clothes in suitcase when travelling
What surprised me was how well designed UniFi networking equipment is. Super thoughtful hardware and packaging. Software is great too.
Moccamaster Both the Glass Carafe and the Cup-One Brewers are excellent.
Royal kludge rk96 with factory lubed yellow switches and I replaced the key caps with YMDK PBT in sunset colors and put a bit of tape under the space bar A budget build close to $100
Tough call, but, excluding Apple products (lol, there's an important caveat), probably my Creality Ender 5 3D printer. Solid construction, customizable with a wide range of aftermarket parts and upgrades, reliable, and, most importantly, the print quality is excellent for an FDM printer.
First item that came to mind was my google mesh router. Random, I know.
