1. Limits seem fine for now, but also wouldn’t mind more information as it becomes more relevant.
2. Im a preservationist and I think historical context is important for social graphs. It's also important for doing data science.
3 This is a perfect opportunity for the Farcaster team to lean into more educational pieces (video or text). Doing so will alleviate a majority of concerns and misconceptions, as well as unburden the team from repeatedly answer the same questions. Thoughts?: @dwr.eth @v @gt
3 will consider renewal when current storage expires or mechanics evolve.
3. I’ll need more info about what actions lead to costs and how those costs affect my/overall behavior
1. Perfectly fine with the idea of loosing old data. If you want to preserve because you are a content creator, pay for it. If you want to dig historical data, start scraping from now into your preferred db. No need to have huge amount of distributed data forever.
1 Would be interesting in backing up my historical data (casts & replied to casts) before it expires just for my own local records, though.
2 but it's not enough since it will only preserve my casts and reactions. Working on 4, not sure how.
