no. only currently too much is happening simultaneously, in web3, in politics, economy. hard to keep up

Only thing I’ve found to slow it down is tightening the feedback loops of reflection. At minimum quarterly self review taking stock; at best monthly and weekly lookbacks. At super best(!) daily 1 min EOD written reflections. I def don’t hit this perfectly but landing anywhere in this spectrum is worth the effort
