I’m really into anti-aging and the research around it. I actually became more skeptical of some of the results due to Bryan Johnson. He actually looks very unhealthy and not any younger. Just a gut reaction to seeing him… Let’s see what the future holds!
That picture alone is also a bit strange without context. Are they his dad and son? His skin tone looks overly pale and yellowshish next to theirs. I agree that he doesn’t look super healthy. Weird vibes all around.
needs to get a haircut & some sun then we can talk even tho those things aren't on the inside
Idk, imo this is just a bad pic, the dude's ripped and looks more like he's 36 than 46 imo
He is probably the only that is very data driven (bio marker), yes he looks pale but he admitted he feels good and the data shows it.
IMHO this all screams “I have lots of money and want to have more time to enjoy it” Which is futile. Trying to skip aging is like trying to skip eating The experience is the whole thing
There's major ick/creep to this image. I take your point - this does not beam of "health". Certainly, they do look alive though.
I’m not an expert but there has to be a delta between looking healthy and actually being healthy. He also does extensive skin work which might be the reason for the discoloration
There is a difference between looking young and looking sort of “ageless” in young people fat sits in all the right places then it all starts to sag, you can look younger with a bit more fat but then it gets all droopy. No matter what you do gravity is a bitch
My guess is you’ll get 95% of the life extension benefits of what he’s doing by just doing simple stuff: * don’t eat too much food * don’t eat too much carbs * do regular exercise * get enough sleep * don’t be too stressed @maurelian had good related post 👇 https://warpcast.com/maurelian/0xc63d52
