Obedience to authority by Stanley Milgram. It's very textbook-ish but it changed the way I see the world - about why people act the way they do.

hard truth is you gotta find it yourself. i would recommend instead to create a reading routine to devour as many books as possible. e.g. for me "lifechanging" books were some that one might find trivial - naked warrior, breath - (and vice-versa)
