I’m about 40% of the way through. Are there certain actions that you see yourself taking after reading? - changing the way you eat? - exercising differently? - requesting certain blood tests? - reevaluating what doctors you use?

100%. I read parts 2 & 3 first, just now getting through part 1. In particular I appreciate his intellectual honesty on changing his mind re fasting/ketosis -> protein & muscle building.
