gps sports watches, specifically for running (not yet sure for other activities yet) - tracks times - accurately tracks routes & distances - good apps/UXs that automate performance reviews & analyses i was fine with "just a sports watch with a timer" for decades, only until this recent generation of smart watches

1. LSP, provides a common interface between languages and text editors. Much more useful than anticipated for millions of programmers. 2. NewPipe, a YouTube app for Android. No more ads for YouTube means I watch a lot more videos. Really highlights how the official app caters more for advertiser's rather than users

(for me) For the whole world with no particular order: -HuggingFace and ChatGPT (new dimension on AI) -Farcaster (new dimension on socials) -L2s or the Superchain (new dimension on blockchain)

If this counts, seeing OPCraft work really exceeded my expectations of onchain gaming. Watching my moves and in-game interactions be added to game’s chain was fascinating and gave me a glimpse into the future of what’s to come. Contrasting this with my previous gaming experience with hidden game data.
