If you’re able to, take a trip. Preferably one that requires the least amount of planning and “doing”.

You don’t have to go full no tech, but put your phone in another room on the weekends by default. There’s also a diff between working too much and feeling like you’re not accomplishing anything. If the latter, no joke a weekend of beating single player video game revitalizes me like nothing else.

Drugs Jk, but some internal reflection on what makes you feel good and what doesn’t may help! Hope you feel better soon dawufi 💕

Go for a run (or hike), ideally in a nature rather than urban setting, but either works. 🏃‍♂️

Learn how to delegate part of your assignments. Or, if you are C level manager, bring more quality managers and delegate their responsibilities☺️

My tips for resetting: 1) Have a list of tips ready at any moment, easy to find/see when in a conundrum 2) Get outside ❌📱 3) Exercise for fast reset 4) Time irl with fam, friends. 5) I like to have a day a week where I intentionally step out of routine, creative juices flow. 6) Maybe you need a real vacation.
