Something I think other people forget about HelloFresh is that since they give you the recipe cards, you can keep them forever. If there's something that you really really like that you made one week, you could go out and buy the ingredients yourself and recreate it at home.

For me at least in Canada, I know they get their produce from local places and not a lot of food waste. It is more expensive than getting groceries yourself. I will agree. It's great for home cooks trying to learn the basics or trying to find a palette that they really really enjoy.

For sure. Probably what I need the most is just reps and muscle memory to start cooking everyday and fold the mental task into a "daily thing" instead of an "occasional thing" Hello fresh is probably great for that transition period because it reduces a lot of overhead
