After permissionless sign ups are enabled, if Warpcast had a monthly subscription for a premium feature — what's 1 thing you would be willing to pay for?
I wanna say Direct Cast, but then it might not get implemented on the protocol level 😐
Personally I find NFT management underwhelming in (all?) apps. I'd love to organize them, and use them (place them as widgets on home screen, wallpapers) so I say that NFT features would be nice paid addon

I like a “need love” tag. Experienced that while learning from Seth Godin, on his Akimbo workshops. If there is a post that no one cares about, and doesn’t receive “practical love” (like or recast) it goes into a queue so that we can support the person that came up with it. Dopamine is real.
I feel like you should flip this question: what's the 1 thing Warpcast will pay me for? I don't know if premium features fit with the Warpcast model... What if you take a fee on access to gated casts, gated channels?
It would be cool for Warpcast premium subscribers to have some sort of a badge showing we support the app. I cannot think of a specific feature atm

I’d pay if I got to use new features 1 month before others that do not pay. I’d also pay if you gave me a tool that allows me to create my own algorithms/filters for feeds.

I would like to pay for contenet filteration like illogical posts and if possible i would like premium/exclusive contents which will keep us one step ahead of crowd.

The subreddit r/cryptocurrency has a token called Moons (r/cryptocurrencyMoons on CMC). They've had very nice pumps and recently went to .55. People have made thousands of dollars. I'd love to see a token here that rewards engagement. A premium feature could be earning at a higher rate.
Built in feed for governance activity that is open to my voting, for any tokens held that are DAO governance tokens. Multiwallet on same account.

Exceeding the character limit 🤷🏻♂️.. Of course, having a private NFT is essential, as I don't like a visible element on my account indicating it's premium, [similar to what's seen in Telegram for example]

I don’t see a feature I’d be willing to pay for. (Don’t have Twitter blue either) Mean no disrespect but I’d rather pay for an indie dev’s client just to support them, if on par with Warpcast.
Private casts: visible on the timeline, but sender hidden and $$$ is an anti-Sybil mechanism. Can capped per user/month like Discord super-react. Custom emoji, reacts set by sender, like the GM react. See FB messenger group chat emoji selection, but per cast.
wallet overlaps! rank users by number of overlaps in contracts u interacted with. goal is to potentially connect with like minded individuals.

A way to upvote/downvote in a private way that trains the algorithm to my preferences.

pay for utility(app features) - data archive - able to create channels pay for reach(ads basically) - time to be in trending - discovery etc
Private group discussion or crowd group, can create unlimited amount of groups if subbed, limited 3 groups max if non subbed
1 "hypercast" per month that would hit the top of everyone's home pages, essentially like a megaphone/soapbox to the "town square".
This might be a bit out in left field but basically a replacement platform for content that I own. Think youtube+long casts+instagram all rolled up into one feed that I can open in whatever client I want. Keeps the microblogging feel of the feed but lets me open any post to interact in app more deeply. Superapp ig?

Right now I only pay for premium version of apps to remove ads. If/when that happens for WC.
Premium channels that cost money to see/follow, sort of like token-gated Discords.
I'd think in 2 categories: Productivity - stuff that make my life significantly easier - managing multiple accounts, post scheduling.. Monetary - things that make money: Get notification for trending mints before everyone else Be eligible to participated in paid campaigns that share rev with users..
LLM that has all the faracaster data (historical and real-time) and I can query it with whatever I want - Give me a summary of the most interesting conversations - what do Dan Romero talks about lately? - give me a sentiment analysis of everything going with faracster during the last weeek (this is endless)
Ability to gate some content to holders of a specific nft or token. Content creators would be able to use this to share premium content to their subscribers. Though maybe that should be on farcaster level.

I want to be able to filter casts by NFT ownership. Show only XXX holders. And be able to pin this filter.
I think the features that enrich the protocol data make sense to put behind a paywall. Stuff like the NFT features (feed, notifications, trends)

I would like it if a paid subscription provided additional promotion for cast, premium cast
Boosted casts and DMs. Simply, put my cast in more feeds. Or extra notify a user that I sent them a DM. Split $ between Farcaster and user I am DMing.
experiment with a paid Memes (or Food) channel in parallel to the free channel, where the subscription fees get distributed to contributors
