I try to do things that relax me and take my mind off things. Time alone is great for reflecting on the shitty day at least for me.
breathwork — core alignment and arm movements that lift energy from the lower centers and stabilize it at the heart. run stairs. regardless, looking inward is the key. then go out and bring high vibes to your people, talk through the underlying issue of what remains.
Still not getting used to do that. I usually stay silent, overthink about it, cry a little, calm down, deep breath and think again about it but with the thought that nothing lasts forever. Shitty days included 😅 Should be different but it’s what I have
