A week ago my Twitter DMs were full of invite requests from what looked like spam accounts. I declined all of them but the number of requests was surprising
When access was available, I was pleading with some of my friends to join this world. Suddenly, as soon as the invite system closed and joining became restricted to the waitlist form, they all flocked to it. The collective mindset works in mysterious ways.
Interested in how you will be assessing quality. Will you be targeting members of particular communities, people who have held particular NFTs, particular net worth wallets, X amount of on chain activity, etc? There are so many cool ways you could analyze.

Are you promising first year rebate on all of these? Isn’t it likely that somebody is farming thousands to be able to later sell invites on open market?
Big congrats! Glad to see the rollout going well. In hindsight, it should've been obvious that a frictionless default is required to onboard everyone, as shown by how the adoption of Mastadon & Bluesky differed because of the presence of a default instance.
