how advanced are you at devops and are you content? we are seeking a founding one. i am not a dev so i can only qualify the opportunity.

More than content, spreading Devops has become my personal mission. 
But my definition is broader than “Devops engineer” which tends to focus only on automating software pipeline. 
Devops to me is a mindset and culture, and along with a set of tech practices can significantly improve overall business performance.
