PSA We're migrating Warpcast's direct cast system to v2 in the next day or two. Significantly improved performance and reliability. - We are *not* saving v1 direct casts (they're already ephemeral) - Starting tomorrow Warpcast team will be on v2 - We will then onboard a small group of both iOS and Android testers
What does this mean for me? - Save any relevant info in your current direct casts ASAP; again, they have always been ephemeral specifically because we wanted the ability to move quickly with a migration - Update to the latest version of the app whenever we announce v2 is live
Nice!! I have some messages that are more than 20 days old in my dms inside Warpcast. Hopefully they go away with the migration!

Hopefully I’m not too late to this, but I’m raising my hand to help with the iOS beta. (For this, as well as future initiatives). Curious if attachments (specifically images) are going to be a feature of v2? There have been a few instances where it would have come in handy when DMing others.
