Which of the following is the best choice? Goal is to optimize for data driven insights to increase overall health and longevity. 1) Whoop 2) New Apple Watch 3) Other 4) Old school, no tech, just do it

I’ve tried Whoop, Apple Watch and Oura I think Apple Watch is better than Whoop since it has additional functionality which can be useful (actually helps me use my phone less) but both are good enough I found the Oura impractical for daily wear but I do think it’s a good addition if only using as a sleep tracker

I like the Apple Watch ultra, looks sleek, multi purpose with more functionality than whoop. Integrates w Apple health which for better or worse is definitely convenient.

How important is device accuracy to you? Compared to software ecosystem?

I’ve never been a wearable user, but I don’t personally see any need for one. My phone has enough tracking that I know I need to be less sedentary and sleep more. Track what matters and everything else is just noise

4. listen to what your body is telling you, its going to override any tech anyway if there's a discrepancy

I’ve been using Morpheus to track heart rate zones for cardio. I’ve been targeting 20% zone 4-5 and 80% zone 2. Gives me a simple weekly Todo list for cardio activity.
