Farcaster 1.0 for Android is now in the Google Play Store! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farcaster.mobile For those using the APK version of Android, be sure to back up your Recovery Phrase (side menu > Advanced) before uninstalling.
APK users: you have to uninstall before installing again. Google Play Store Beta users, should be able to automatically install. Also, direct casts will require a 1-time key update in-app and it may take 1-2 rounds with the other user to get things working again. Finally, congrats to @les for making the screenshot.
Just installed the version from the Play Store. I did not uninstall anything. Do I need to?
Removed old version and effortlessly installed and paired mobile w/ desktop. Took 30 seconds, if that. Nice.
To check if you're on the latest version, open the side menu and in the bottom left it should say Build v1.0.0 (217)
