So I was starting to feel unhealthy despite super regular exercise, being young, etc. 1. I cut out alcohol 2. I cut out coffee 3. I cut out before 9am Number 3 was most important by far!!!! 🤯

I'm completely with you on 1 and 2. I found coffee made me constantly on alert in a way that other caffeine (e.g. matcha / mate) doesn't. I'm still working on 3!
