Recently clarification had improved though and with the possibility of side loading on iOS becoming a thing will massively increase the amount of web3 mobile apps I think

Yep. And, I think we should expect Apple will change on this more. History shows they do, but always slowly. ex. 3rd party maps in Carplay (Waze) or Find My network opening to 3rd parties.
