💯 It's one of the reasons why I've become so passionate and involved in the DevOps community. Have you read the book Accelerate or are you familiar with the Westrum Organizational Culture model? I started an entire company trying to help organizations move towards generative culture

oooh I have not but this aligns with the environments I’ve felt the most comfortable in!! definitely going to give it a read
