The web3 goal at FILA is in sight. A move to consulting as PM/strategist is on the table and I’ve been asked to quote my retainer for a 12-month term. This is new to me. Any tips? (Nervous. It’s basically all on the line. 😬)
if experience is what you're after, say you're flexible on comp. if cash is what you seek, aim high and don't budge. seems like experience is the goal? if so, ask for a budget and say yes to whatever it is (assuming you can live on it). this is not financial advice meow meow meow

- Let them give you a number first - Make a ppt of all your accomplishments thus far, 1 month 3 mo 6 mo plan, problems you’ve identified at the company and your unique value proposition to solving those problems. Then talk about market rate + ask $$ at the end Dm if you want, worked as a tech recruiter for 3+ years
