truth! can't say i disagree but my mental model for yogurt is that it's just the base and you cant eat it solo. its all about the add-ons (fruit, granola, agave, etc.). kinda like pasta, you cant just eat pasta without sauce or a protein, no?

Greek yogurt is my lifeblood. Full fat TJs Greek yogurt + frozen berries + granola every morning without fault.

add flavored (vanilla or strawberry) whey protein, mix it up and it's amazing. 50g-75g of protein too. 456 $degen if you try it and still don't like it

All yogurts are inferior to Indian yogurt, served by the side of the road from a huge steel dish, with a wedge of fat on top, and inside a disposable ceramic cup.
