Android people: how do you tolerate the the scroll performance?

There are a number of inexcusable janky things about Android. Messaging is very bad. ethOS needs to be de-Androided.
You don't, you just belittle ios users with android's 3rd party phone developer's advanced features tha t are scattered throughout the galaxy
set the speed of animations to 2x in the settings while you're at it btw never had issues with scroll performance in s22 🤔
Scrolling is not too bad. DMs are broken though. Also sometime my main timeline turns into a channel specific 🤔

Maybe you've gotten a bad phone? I've got no issues on mine, and can't remember the last time I had scrolling issues

Should be better on ethOS. By default it's using the highest available refresh rate, which feels much smoother on new devices.
As long as the screen supports +90hz refresh rate it'll be fine

I don't have a problem with it, the only problem I have is with the Discord app on Android, it has some lag when scrolling
To be honest, I don't think it's that bad. Then again, I've been on Android since about forever. What makes the scroll performance bad compared to iOS?
You wanna kill your battery? Cause 120 refresh rate is how you kill your battery. And overly ambitious screen resolutions. Also these are configurable. Customization FTW.
Do you have Night Light or Battery Saver Mode enabled? When I turn everything off, Pixel 8 seems vaguely comparable to the iPhone 15 Pro (aside from slightly different sensitivity/acceleration). Though you probably want the Pixel 8 Pro if you want the fancy variable refresh rate screen.
Wasn't sure what you were talking about so I sped up my scrolling until I finally saw the lag. Now it makes me wonder what the average scrolling rate is and am I on the very slow end.
