But you CAN'T make a new mobile OS from scratch, except Android provides you the source code for FREE. Allows you to make an OS as flexible as you want. I'm not saying iOS is better or Android is better, BUT the purpose of both are very different. Android is supposed to be open for ALL OS unlike iOS.
