Simplified: wag believes the Fork mech will make nouns treasury spiral to zero over time bc of arb opportunity and game theoretical reasons But for everyone who dont want to rely on Foundation veto ~forever, the Fork mech does not pose much of a difference (just another flavor of 51% attack)
