i like her stuff. bums me out how we talk a/b stuff. we lead w/ tech, money, or generalized ability, and not users. 1) "asset first" desire for profile; 2) "ideology first." none of those seem to be solving real problems if they are geared toward money or ideology. id' like a "user-first" category
