Generally one of these: Some leftovers reheated in a single bowl Supermarket sushi or onigiri Random nuts and fruit and bread Kale yogurt berry banana vanilla cinnamon smoothie A third cup of coffee What about you?
I've had the same thing for lunch for 2 years now (aged 20-22, so more significant than it appears) Scrambled eggs on bacon on toast with a sausage roll Adaptable based on whether I have 15 mins for lunch or 60
We grill or smoke 3 🐓 on Sunday and eat them for lunch during the week, on their own, in wraps, as chix salad, etc Then 🐠 for dinner
Is a rotation between: Kachava Chicken and rice Quesadilla with some protein
Apple and mixed nuts + non-alcoholic beer…I like a light lunch when WFH
