I'm considering going 100% cashless. Has anyone done this successfully?
I went full time crypto (art/dev) in late 2020 after working in a mostly cash business (my own lil pedicab company) for years. Now I only have cash on me now is when I'm going to the barber.
I'm pretty much cashless 100% of the time. Don't recall the last time I went to an ATM. The only issue is tipping. If I can only tip with cash I most likely won't tip since I never have cash.
I feel like this wouldn’t be hard. I don’t think I’ve spent any cash in over a year
Highly dependent on where you live. In most aisan countries, you can do it.
Yes until I lived in Chinatown Cashless would be giving up too much good food 😭
You mean paper money? I rarely have any on me. Where I’m based I rarely use card. I only go out with my phone and use Apple Pay. Although not doable in the US weirdly. Many places still don’t accept it.
been cashless since 2018. i don't even carry a wallet — apple pay for everything
I’ve been bankless for a few years, cash I still pull out occasionally for the dispensary, but otherwise all card. I did a 6 month cash only stint and it was harder than I would have imagined, you can’t buy shit so many places with cash
I do. On very very rare occasion I need to go to the atm to pay for a service or tip someone.
Yes have been for a while now. Was annoying at first but since covid Belgium requires all stores to be able to accept digital payments (QR code, card, phone, etc)
Besides struggling to buy weed I think you’ll be fine lol. I only use cash for valet and haircuts at the barbershop
