I almost got phished today. I searched OpenSea on Bing. The first result was an ad to a phishing site. I connected to it and was about to approve a transaction when I realized what was happening. My assets are safe but it still doesn’t feel good.
I caught something similar with GameStop marketplace a while back. Stay safe.
Wallets should warn of new sites asking for a signature.
Glad you dodged that bullet.... Gahh there is nothing more that I hate than scammers.
Have you considered using Stelo so you can’t get phished ? If you have but decided against it, would love to understand why :)
lucky you.. glad you realized in time.. last year my other wallet got hacked and sweeeeped when syncing with a fake ENS site
