I never skip breakfast. I have to eat within 30 min of waking up or I get cranky.

Started doing it in college coz I’d never be awake for it. Now I’m awake for it but eating that early feels weird. So only lunch and dinner

Time restricted eating. Usually for me that means no breakfast and just lunch and dinner, but thinking about trying out breakfast and lunch and no dinner.

been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting for a decade now so eating after waking is incomprehensible. stayed with some friends for eth denver earlier this year & it was annoying that nobody could go without breakfast 😅

Saving calories for the foods that I enjoy more. Also intermittent fasting I guess.
