very crucial tech. just a matter of time, and investing in/supporting/using certain ones. 1: undeniable utility such as ENS 2: historic nfts such as punks (or cheaper historical nfts like MoonCats) 3: nfts you truly enjoy (either a art, the community, a game, lore, or something else) (i like etherorcs)

It's inevitable, but there is a bad sentiment right now because of the focus on PFP prices. long term I see all content, interactions and rewards on-chain. NFT as any asset in the Internet.

Same here. My thesis is: In a few years billions of people will own NFTs and have no idea that's what they are NFTFi will be huge as a frictionless way to access global markets on high value assets/Collectibles. That's why I'm building in the space while it's early!
