Every superpower has a shadow. What’s yours?
Seems like a great tool for better teamwork with colleagues and direct reports, at least directionally as no one will fit these perfectly
I'm a few of these, but "friendly collaborator" definitely stands out. I didn't realize that great storytellers avoid the details; I thought that was what great storytelling was all about.
harsh aggressive style demotivates others (not on my team tho). total weakness of mine. for me i read words without emotion and i curse like dave chappell on text.
Does the term “Shadow” in this context mean an opposite, a side effect, a baggage, a dislike, or others to “Superpower”?
what happens when you have the shadows but not the superpowers?
