Still learning but some personal insights: - Good comms on the parts where you want to influence behavior as well as transparency + trust - Hooked by Nir Eyal + @rrhoover changed the way I thought about habit forming products which has gone into every product I’ve worked on since

Understand what the job to be done is for the users that have the habit.

Call them every week and ask them what they want changed and then change it and see their activity 📈 I wish I was lying but this genuinely worked for us lmao
