Depending on the person. For most content I'm okay with 1.5-1.7X but never did more than 1.2X for balaji

wen 4x? jk jk rule of thumb is 1x speed for entertainment, 2x for education but sometimes gotta reduce if the speaker is a fast talker, eg pmarca

2-2.5 depending on how slow people talk I had to listen to an audio tour at 1x speed last week and it made me realize how much I’ve messed up my auditory listening abilities in traditional settings
