Not overdosing on added sugar (doesn’t have to zero but ideally below 10g) and eating dinner early has made the biggest measurable difference for stuff like this for me I can still eat unhealthy food on the days I want to but eating early helps

Interesting - how do you manage pre bedtime hunger? I’m such a wimp when it comes to sleepy time snacking
