What do you do when you’re on the right side, in order to get back to the middle?
Usually relax, paint, write love letters, hobbies, do things that slow things down, hang out in nature, self care, workout, spend time with friends, family etc
Also often I find myself feeling like I know I need to rest! But I can’t afford it right now - I need to do this rn This is usually a lie, it usually can wait and I can get rest rn
