Boro this is crazy pants. The half-life of caffeine is catastrophic to most peoples sleep and they don’t know it. The acidity in the gut is torture to your biome. I love me a great coffee, but regardless of the perfectly controlled laboratory science which is != to IRL, 2-3 coffee a week is about max

I’m fine with you and I having different views on health, but this will play into confirmation bias because we ALL love our coffee routine, me included

this is why you should *only* consume caffeine before noon as i note at fixsleep.link caffeine has *no affect* on acidity in the gut
