so i was getting a simple prescription med from a local pharmacy when the pharmacist asked me about what i take multivitamins, ag1, ashwagandha, l-theanin, b12, b6 sometimes, d3 and then they asked why wtf how do you even respond to this? with links? data? research? but it was all verbal i'm lost

for my learning, are there any longitudinal studies on this stuff that you can link? and has someone made valid counter arguments about considering these as toxins? sorry if lazy ask and should be a Google-able question
