Also considering a CGM for a month and weaning off of caffeine. Trying to reduce days were I feel like I'm dragging.

I’ve been doing CGMs for months now. Life changer, and not just to control prediabetes. Just general mindfulness of eating

Maybe you know this, but optimal coffee intake is ~1-2 hours after waking up. If you take it too early, you’ll need a 2nd one soon after. https://www.betterup.com/blog/best-time-to-drink-coffee

I've weaned myself off coffee and caffeine. I'm focused on better sleep every night. I am sleeping a lot deeper and feel more rested .
