Agree with you on this Chris and with  @deniz re a prop. My suggestion is that we should rotate the artist regularly (monthly / quarterly?) and this should be a stated intention in the prop

I think quarterly is good because it takes a lot of effort to create nice generative pieces and it would be cool to have 90 variations in the wild before we rotate.

I think it would be really cool if we could opt in to update the artwork similiar to what jack butcher does for his opepen project. 
But it adds even more complexity to it. So not for now.
