Farcaster is such a quaint little community rn, and I think it's so cute how people think that if we can just set the early culture as being friendly and civil that will have an impact in the future. Eternal September is coming and it's gonna get crazy.
Yeah I’ve also suspected that the reason is so nice here now is precisely because there are so few people and they’re all basically vetted by one person. Maybe the key to keeping that is have the protocol support smaller invite-only communities that mimic the circumstances of this early crowd.
If you're convinced that Farcaster at 10K users is best, you can build a client that only shows content from FIDs < 10000. :)
It’s like twitter in 2007. It seemed like such a utopia at the time. 2040 Farcaster is gonna be a mess.
I believe the early culture can prevail or at least have an impact on the future. Perhaps I’m naive
