1. What country produces the most barrels of oil per day?
2. How much more do they produce than 2nd place?

Saudi Arabia, and I'll say 50% more than runner up

I know the answer is US. Unsure about gap with #2 but it’s Saudi. 

I doubt many know this. I believe this was an Obama era effort

US is #1 by ~15% over Russia. 

Saudis have greatest ability to manipulate prices b/c lowest production costs and Aramco is largest corporate producer.
