this is sick! @greg you're so right we def need to add ens subdomains for all the addresses in https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/superchain-registry/tree/main/superchain/extra/addresses
Click on "Check savings" to see how much cheaper your recent Superchain transactions will be with Ecotone after March 14th! https://welovetheblobs.xyz/
Also, this one is an early prototype but Remote Static Call is one way this will be possible in the future! This allows L2 nodes to make read queries for L1 state, and smart contracts will be able to use a precompile to read L1 state. https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/ecosystem-contributions/issues/76
@mattkim and I made a wowowowow nft. You lock up 2 $wowow to mint a WOWOWOWOW NFT (capped at 100,000). you burn the NFT anytime to get back the 2 $wowow (contract at https://basescan.org/address/0x7f358a3dadc6765ec985f07176f441a1abff4b9e) try it out here lol https://2wowow.vercel.app/
@pugson - thought you might find this interesting since you showed me marsmaiers - TheHours is an auction based on-chain NFT artwork with on-chain svg renderer where you can bid to put a stroke on the canvas
I used to work at Threads 🧵🧵🧵 it's meant to be a full slack replacement for teams that are digital, distributed, not in the same office 24/7. more specifically UX-wise, i would say it's between slack, email, twitter!
Some good gotchas + best practices. some might be outdated tho https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WZuP-K0S4RKlwH4GQVcGpgzVYPdpZF0WiHsawnmOKxM/edit
I've done it! This was the cost of my parts. It definitely can be done much cheaper (1. you can use cheaper CPUs + mainboard) 2. I bought parts during chip shortage) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gzSfeR6vN1eKt4VRGyMp8hMdrl0oZmeaOVF10HDgljc/edit?usp=sharing
Awesome! Curious, how is the migration happening? Is the rinkeby registry going to be paused while the migration is happening?

wait this blind auction is so cool I gotta try it out - @pugson just curious did you intentionally split your bid on https://www.marsmaiers.com/day/250 into two to hide the size of your bid? Or did you add to your bid in reaction someone else's bid?
You can look at all of the events that are emitted and try to recreate the current state of a member's shares and loot (similar to how ERC20 token balances are indexed). Maybe u can do it on Dune?
I remember this wasn't trivial based on the Moloch contract on github. AFAIK you're a member of a MolochDAO if you have a voting shares (called shares) or non-voting shares (called loot).
+1 GoerliETH I use https://goerli-faucet.pk910.de/. It's a PoW faucet so you have to run the web app ~30 min to get 1 GoerliETH. Usually I just run it and forget about it the whole day. I use a M1 macbook pro, but I haven't seen any real performance hits from the PoW.
