"Casual collisions" is how we referred to them back in the hurly-burly of the WeWork/Coworking days. The "highlighting awesome people" part is totally on you and team based on those 20-minute interviews, hence the token-gating. Plus, I think a separate channel from SC unless there's a way of creating a sub-channel.
