BaseI love how people in our community talk，sounds super courteous and respectful. Even when against the proposal, we write long paragraphs to affirm its value first. If it were me voting against something, I'd probably just put down five words or less XD

Hey Brandon! Long-time subscriber since you were at TAS. Yes your move to paragraph made got me curious, firstly bc it's onchain (and what that means for your writing) but also bc it looked so darn clean✨ style-wise, lots to love
I have a feeling Paragraph will do this with Mirror and it has me stressed. If it happens I’ll probably just switch to old school blogging with a related Zora collectible per post for patronage.

Before this year it was never actually easy to set up a system where readers pay around $0.25 to access an article, easily and quickly, without giving out a credit card number. Now with Base, Paragraph, etc that is finally possible. I think someone will figure it out and get it right, and it will unlock a new revenue stream for journalists willing to try it. 420 $degen

Paragraph is great, and hypersub too. I plan to continue using both. I did move my email list/sending newsletter back to substack because I already had a substack for 3+ years, I kept publishing my podcast there and so everything is in one place (my process is simpler this way) I plan to continue writing on paragraph/mirror special articles that I want to mint. If you are starting out, just get started and don’t think much about it to be honest
I've found short-term intermittent contract work through FC contacts in the past. I've also been approached with an offer for long-term senior-level editorial work because of essays I published on @paragraph. (The timing didn't quite work out for that one on either side, but nonetheless it really made me feel that FC was the right place for me).
