How can you tell it’s Friendtech doing something resonant vs the promise of the airdrop? I can’t really tease the two apart, I’d love to learn what signals tell you that there’s more there than farmers
I can’t either but my point is just the existence of airdrop farmers shouldn’t negate everything else and the airdrop farmers are giving creators and the protocol fees so it’s less nefarious than you’re average pump and dump / ponzi at its core it’s a private chat app that’s added a cool speculative element
Agree with you, and would argue it's actually counterproductive for creators to participate. Find me a creator that wouldn't rather transactions revolve around the value they create? W3 enables direct monetization around creations, that's the appeal, why does there need to be a layer on top of that?
I have had roughly the same amount of quality conversations on friendtech over the past two weeks as I have on Farcaster if it was just farmers on there, that wouldn't be possible
