Is anyone struggling with insomnia? Recently, I have been having a hard time falling asleep. Are there any tips for changing this? I used to go to sleep around 10pm, now I can't sleep before 1-2am.
My routine when I want to sleep early: light dinner before 7pm, hot shower, reading (not related to work) and exercise during the day
No screens at least 1 hr, but preferably 2 before bed. Watch or read something relaxing and not too engaging to slow your mind down. And it's going to sound like a little kid thing but drinking a few oz of warm milk has a sleep inducing thing in it.
What’s your general activity level like? I get this if I’m not exercising/walking much during the day
